His extensive career spans from working in estate and letting agencies to becoming a professional property buyer, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the market from all perspectives. 

Jonathan firmly believes that “there are no problems in the property world that cannot be solved if the will is there.” His passion for solving problems and empowering others drives his work. In 2013, he collaborated with The Office of Fair Trading and The Property Ombudsman Service to raise standards in the property sector, leading to the formation of The National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB), a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to protecting consumers. 

As a qualified member of PropertyMark since 1991, Jonathan holds accreditations in ARLA, ICBA, and NAEA categories. He frequently shares his insights and experiences to help people make more informed decisions about buying, selling, or renting property. His expertise makes him a trusted voice in the media, where he regularly provides commentary on complex property issues in national publications. 

Outside the office, Jonathan is an enthusiast of fitness activities, indulging in tennis and running. He once dreamed of becoming a competitive boxer, a passion that still inspires his love for staying active.
